The Ramblers Pure Development program is an off season summer training program that helps our elite athletes continue to develop their fundamental skills alongside the ability to develop and maintain the Speed, Agility, Conditioning and Strength. The outline to our program consists of a 2 day workout week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some ownership for them to train on their own for a minimum of 3 other days. We do a 1.5hr basketball development to 1hr SACS training (increase of speed, agility, conditioning and strength), which gives the players a lot of time to develop certain skills in a motivating environment with proper coaching.
We have assembled a coaching team with diverse backgrounds and experience. Leading the design and implementation will be three veteran RPD coaches – Dave Brown, Michelle Brown and Scott Shaddick. Joining them will be several Ramblers coaches from all levels of our competitive team programming. By adopting a shared philosophy, our coaching team will build stronger relationships and a unified commitment to Ramblers player development this summer and during the upcoming competitive season.
