2026 Winter House League Registration opens - November 28th

This training program is led by former Ramblers athletes and emphasizes skill development, court positioning, and friendly game play competition. The first 3 weeks of the program involve specific skills including fundamental layups, footwork, post play, jab steps, jump shots, pivoting, rebounding, proper shooting form, passing, ball handling, and defending as well as incorporating three-on-three and four-on-four game play scenarios. 

 
The last 5 weeks we introduce game play with referees. We cover the fundamental rules and regulations of the game by offering five-on-five scrimmages. This provides opportunities for players to experience all positions, fostering teamwork and leadership while emphasizing the importance of respecting coaches, other team members, and opponents. We will introduce and cover basketball terminology with the help of our coaches and referees. 

Eligibility: Grades 4- 6 (2014-2016) - 40 boys

Thursdays 6:30-7:30 pm

January 8 – March 12, 2026

2 weeks will be excluded – TBD

March 12th – Final night – round robin games and trophies

Cost

$190 plus HST (no reversible required, if particpated in fall session)

ADD

$25 plus HST (reversible jersey required)

8 sessions of instruction & games, basketball, and trophy.

Poor Weather Conditions: If London Ramblers Basketball determines that the driving conditions are unsafe and a house league must be cancelled, we will post a cancellation notice on all social media outlets, and email participants up to one hour before the scheduled start time of the house league.

Unfortunately, we cannot make up any cancelled evenings due to weather or last-minute school use. If the schools are closed for the day, then we do not have access to them in the evening.

First Session: All particicpants should wear a t-shirt, shorts, and indoor shoes. Come ready to play and have fun!

Payment: Ramblers Basketball have partnered with PowerUp Sports. To register and pay, you are required to create a PowerUp account. Please check the registration link in drop down menu.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued one week prior to the program commencement date. Refund requests must be submitted via the email address ramblercoach@gmail.com. Kindly specify your preferred method of refund. An electronic transfer to the email address on your PowerUp account at the end of the month will incur an administrative charge of $25. Alternatively, a credit to your PowerUp account can be utilized for any London Ramblers Basketball programming, and this option does not incur an administrative fee.
